A celebration of Spring. In Bloom botanical vodka is jam packed with juicy mandarins and lemonade lemons, navel oranges and lavender. Gin inspired, but no juniper. Sweet, warm, and easy drinking, just the thing as days get longer and weather warmer.
In Bloom’s sweetness belies it’s ABV, it’s bottled at a hearty 42.5%. Try it with tonic, or as a gin replacement in classic cocktails like the Collins.
In Bloom is made from 100% rescue fruit. The oranges, mandarins, and lemons came to us via the magical place known as ‘Down South’. More lemons came to us from the magical place known as ‘up the lane’. The lavender marks a new personal best in terms of food miles, coming from the top of the Lab driveway. Nab some when you visit us, it’s spray free (read: basically neglected) and just the thing for making lavender simple syrup.
